Now if I served this, I am willing to bet that you would think Grape Jello? but in fact it is homemade Elderberry Jello, So simple, just cracked open one of my canned Elderberry light syrup made of course from berries grown on my farm, followed the directions on the Knox package on how to mix with hot water and then measure out the Elderberry Syrup and let set..  So good, and much better for you then the fake grape with dye bought in store jello.
