Dogwood Photography Challenge Week 2
This is the official Photo..
Week 2 challenge was to use rule of thirds to show motion.. We had some fun on a private land that took us to a small lake that gave some great open space to create this photo.
Here is my runner up photos!
This a friends lovely pup heading up a hill
Leeloo on the hunt.. love her great focus on this one..
All three do have perfectly marked rule of thirds, just at different points in the grid.. I enjoyed this weeks challenge very much..
Hi Valeria.
Such beautiful pictures as always.
J > Yup, you hit the mark dead-centre! Or should that be dead third?
Thank you J lol
Wow, such beautiful photos!
Thank you so much for letting me know Shelley.. What was your favorite of the three? they are quite different 🙂
Hard to choose really. The official photo, I have to say, takes me back to my years on the prairies – I actually miss winter!! But your dog & cat are pretty awesome too! 🙂
Thanks for your thoughts 🙂 the official took me back to my youth in alberta as well!
I grew up in Saskatchewan & Alberta!
Alberta for me.. I moved to NWT in my mid 20’s and then Ontario in my early 30’s and here I am.. I still love to head back home and see the family, I am the only one that left alberta.. everyone else is all still there.
My family is mostly still in Saskatchewan, my grandparents farmed near Swift Current. Sadly I don’t get back there often and the farm has been “re-homed” to another family now.
Bless her Leeloo in the snow is so cute ❤
Once again great photos! It looks like you had a lot of fun out in the snow. Personally, I think I like the one of the wee dog. I really like how you caught the movement of her fur.
Thanks Crafty, he is such a big pup.. he is nine months old and while he is huge.. he is such a goof!
