Cabbage Fry Recipe
- Half a small head of cabbage, sliced-Today was a Savory Cabbage called Primavoy
- 1 TBP of olive oil heated till hot in a cast Iron Frying Pan
- Dump in your fresh sliced cabbage and don’t touch till you can hear or see the bottom layer is getting a golden brown color to it.. then take your tongs and turn it.
- Cook about another min or two till the cabbage is just starting to whilt, then put on a little dark soy sauce (about four or five shakes for me), mix and plate..
Now if hubby was home, I would have added a onion, a clove of garlic and finished it with a sprinkle of seame seeds, with a little salt/pepper added.. This meal is super tasty (if you like cabbage) and takes about seven min from start to finish plating, and costs next to nothing to make.
