Now that’s some serious ROI (Return On Investment) !
I was certianly happy with it, we had our first pork chops tonight, and while the meat does have a slight “smell of boar”, the meat is perfect, when I was cooking it, I honestly thought, well, lots of ways for me to cook it to work around the undertaste if I need to, so when I took my first bite, I was looking to see how much would be there and the answer was none, Dh said the same.. Perfect!
Yup, Angelo the Awesome!!
well done!
