That happened to me once! You can buy surge protectors that have connectors for Internet cables to protect modems. It’s worth the investment!
Well, I am back, but looks like we will need to replace some phone cables as well, and yes, I power connector that has a modem hook up looks to be on the list of things that would be a good thing.
