Walking Challange Update

Well, the good news is I have lost five pds of weight being sick, the bad news is that I only got one walk in last week, missing the other two being in bed, and I don’t have high hope’s yet on getting in four walks this week, but I will see what happens.

No new book for me..So talk to me girls, did you get walks in?? Did your prize? What did get, and did you like it?

    Good news on the 5lbs. Not so good on how you lost it. Feel better soon. I got my walks in last week but forgot all about getting my reward! LOL Can you believe it? I guess I am most focused on the bonus reward of 1 hour massage! Oh well I will pick up it next time I am at the store. 🙂

    I started wearing my pedometer again thanks to your challenge. My goal is 10,000 steps a day. I started on Tuesday last week – 12,043, Wed. 7,943, Thurs. 8,655, Fri. 9,172, Sat. 5,095. I obviously get more steps in when I am working than when I am at home on the weekend. Some days I feel too tired when I get home and Lagsi does not get a long walk. My treat on my goal day is a piece of chocolate. DH’s Ma.

  3. I got my walks in too (albeit a really late response!), just doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day.
