Weigh in week 6/11

Well, its been a off-week, I am not sick, I don’t have any real sign of allergies (eye’s itching, nose running, feeling like I have stuffy ears) which I tend to when its allgery season on the farm..but I have also not felt right either. I’m moody.. no that’s not really fair, be honest, I am in a good mood but it can switch in a second to the dark side.

According to my scale, I have gained .02 pds, which means I am the same as last week, no difference really, at 46.6 pds lost since Feb 2010. But this last month has sucked at any real loss, and I am going to have to step up my game.

Goals for this past week.

  • Food Journel daily -yes
  • Sleep as needed including allowing myself naps -yes
  • Drink my jug of water daily -yes
  • No eating after eight yes to 5 out of 7
  • Eat a bigger breakfast with a smaller supper -No, I have been craving carbs and overeating at dinner time!
  • Make turkey/veggie/barley soup for lunches. -yes, and they are good..
  • Finish off my Bacon and get it curing. -Done but I am sure that pork rind didn’t help my diet, but its so darn good!
  • Twice this week work on staff training with DH- O ya, I needed to be able to beat the heck of that peice of wood, sometimes it wonderful to be aggessive in a safe manner and the workout and sweat running a good thing.. not so good the new bruise I have were I didn’t block properly.. ouch..

Goals for this coming week..

  • Get hubby to take care of baby lamb for at least one day on weekend, so I can sleep more then three hours between feedings.
  • Cut out a solid 100 calories per day on the food journal
  • Drink my water jug daily
  • Hot wax my hands to see if that will help with the soreness
  • Hot wax my feet as a treat
  • Get outside to at least one fun winter event
  • No eating after eight
  • Do more stretches daily

    Hi! I followed you over from the Canadian Doomer site and I’m working on weight loss too. Sounds like you’re really doing well…just having an off week. Last week was my off week….must be in the air??? Best of luck to you.
