Weigh In Day

 Well, as I listed my goal of 50 pds to lose in a year, I guess I need to include info on this on my blog.. so I do my offical weigh in once a week, on the day we do our girls lunch, and here are my partners in crime.  We have a great lunch, typically homemade promoting one food per week, with each of us making one course, and then bringing it together. We visit about many things but we also set weekly goals and see how they are going.

So this week I was down one pd from last, for a total loss of 41.3 pds, I am not going to post my weight folks, but I will post the amount lost. I still have another four days in my “week” in regards to hubby being gone and my mini goal of three pds per week..

Side note.. Don’t, repeat Don’t drop a ten pd cement block on your foot, it will not help your goal of being more active.. it will however make you limp, give you a nasty bruise and slow you down when it already feels like there is not enough hours in the day..
