Just another Day on the Farm 
I would like to suggest a book – “The Self Sufficient Life and How To Live It” By John Seymour. This is just one of the books that I am always looking in. I also read “The Joy Of Gardening” By Dick Raymond.
I am new to canning, and have only ever done fruit. I am tempted to start pressure canning, but do not know a good book to go off of. If you have any suggestions they’d be greatly appreciated!
I will get back to you on this one but the big blue ball book is a very good start book
