So, I know nothing about growing Sweet Potatoes… How long do you cure them for?
Do they keep like regular Potatoes in a cool room? How long were they in the ground to get tubers this size?
A couple days to a week for the curing, and nope, unlike potatos, they are stored at room temp for humans, they do not like cool at all, they went into the ground in the first week of june and came out in mid sept
