Dry itchy Scalp..ahhh winter hair care.

Well, the past couple days my head has been itchy, and the flakes are falling as fast as the snow outside.. Something had to be done..

This is what I call the cheapest hair care you can get.. so here goes.. first off, I have short hair, so I am doing short hair care, but this will work for long hair as well but for the first one, just do your head and the rinse can be good for your head and long hair..

2 Tablespoons of whole oatmeal, put in my coffee grinder and grind to a fine powder, put it into your bowl, add some warm water, scoop it up a little with a wash cloth and scrub your head well, then rince with warm water..

While you are doing that, warm up about half a cup or more depending on how much hair you have of vinager, I perfer either plain white or apple cider, get a clean cloth and soak it with the vinager for the short hair, and rub it all over.. Don’t rinse, let it air dry, you can expect your scalp to tingle but you should have no burning or itching, if so, rinse it out.. If your hair is very long, consider having a cup or two and pouring it over your hair while you bend over the bowl to catch it and do this two or three times making sure its all been given a good rinse.

This will stripe out all the gunky on your hair from shampoo’s, hair spray or gel etc.. and it will greatly help in reducing the dry skin itch for me..
