Well, its still raining, it rained all last night and all day today, and its a cold bitter rain, with a gusty wind, they say up to sixty km an hour but I think the gusts here are more then that as they can move me when they hit me..

The radio just annouced that thousands locally are without power, that the lights are out on the roads and that between the power outage, the rain an the winds that if you don’t have to leave the house.. don’t.. stay home..

As I listen to this, I am bundling up in my third dry outfit for the day to head back out in the cold and rain, and as I trudge down the soaked paths with the wind so cold that its biting into my face, I figure out that this is my 6th trip outside today, but the calf has to be feed, even she does not want to come out in this weather.. she is bawling from the doorway, I can’t say I blame her.. I have my mug of warm tea, she has her bucket of warm milk.. and I top up her feed and give her a little more hay, before heading back out for the house.. nasty wind.. three layers of outside cloths and it still chilled me.. Think if its the same tomorrow, I will add a wind breaker over the top everything else.
